Event Terms and Conditions

By registering for this event, the individual registered for and attending the event (“I”, “me” or “my”) agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Personal Information. I understand and agree that personal information will be collected in connection with my registration to attend the event and that Cure’s privacy policy (available at https://cure.345pas.com/privacy-policy/) governs the collection, use, maintenance and sharing of any such personal information.

Confidential Information. I agree not to disclose any confidential information to Cure or any event participant or attendee. I understand that Cure and event attendees are under no duty to keep confidential any information I disclose, unless otherwise expressly agreed in a writing signed by such party.

Eligible to Receive Gifts. I confirm and agree that I am permitted to accept any gifts provided to event attendees by Cure and that my acceptance of any such gifts will be in full compliance with any restrictions prohibiting my receipt of such gifts. If I am subject to any restrictions for receiving gifts, I will fully comply with any such restrictions, including by not accepting any such gifts if necessary.

Event Activities. I understand and agree that my attendance at the event is voluntary and is undertaken at my sole risk and responsibility. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Cure Experience Services LLC and its affiliates and its and their respective owners, officers, directors, managers, agents, employees, and successors (collectively, “Cure”) from any and all losses, costs, claims, expenses, damages, injuries, judgments and liabilities, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, for bodily injury, including death, and/or property damage in any way resulting from or related to my attendance at the event.

Photographs and Recordings. I understand that Cure will record, videotape and/or photograph the event and I hereby irrevocably and perpetually grant to Cure (a) the right to photograph, videotape, and record my name, voice, appearance, and likeness (collectively, the “Property”) in any of Cure’s publications, videos, audios, program materials, marketing materials and programs (collectively, the “Materials”) in any fashion Cure determines, in its sole discretion, and (b) the right to publish, exhibit, and distribute the Property and Materials, in whole or in part, worldwide, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, the advertising or solicitation of business, by any means of mass and/or electronic media, print, radio, television, internet, and promotional materials, events and/or marketing plans, and/or any other medium, format, or platform now existing or hereafter created. I agree that Cure shall be the exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, including, but not limited to, copyright, in and to the Property and Materials and the results and proceeds of my participation and/or attendance at the event, and that Cure will have the exclusive right, but not the obligation, to use, exploit, license, and/or otherwise authorize third parties to use or exploit the Property and Materials and the results and proceeds of my participation and/or attendance at the event in any manner Cure wishes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered or developed, in perpetuity, throughout the universe. In connection therewith, I acknowledge that Cure has the unrestricted right to edit, alter, modify, or delete my participation and/or appearance in the Materials as it may deem necessary or appropriate, by use of computer or other electronic means, or by any other method or means now or hereafter discovered or developed. I hereby acknowledge that I have not been, and will not be, paid or otherwise compensated. I hereby agree not to sue and irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, and forever discharge Cure from any and all manner of liabilities, claims and demands of any kind or nature, whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which I (or my assigns, employees, independent contractors, agents, and/or representatives) ever had, now has, or in the future may have against Cure in connection with any claims arising out of or related to the Property and Materials and/or any and all uses described herein. I hereby further waive all droit moral rights or similar rights in connection therewith. In no event shall I be permitted to prevent or inhibit the exhibition, distribution, broadcast, or other use of the Property and Materials. I hereby acknowledge and agree that Cure is free to assign its rights hereunder at any time and from time to time, in whole or in part, to any person or entity.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and I agree that any amendments hereto can only be pursuant to a signed writing between me and Cure. I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the state of New York with respect to any action or proceeding arising out of this agreement.
